What is the primary difference between the AYN Odin and AYN Loki series?

The AYN Odin series is based on the Android operating system and ARM processors, making it ideal for mobile gaming and retro emulation. The AYN Loki series features x86 processors and runs Windows, allowing it to function as a portable PC for playing modern AAA Steam library titles.

How long does international shipping take for my order?

Standard international shipping typically takes between 7 to 15 business days. Once your handheld is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

What is the warranty policy for AYN electronics?

All AYN devices come with a standard 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized hardware modifications.

Can I upgrade the internal storage of my device?

The AYN Loki features an upgradeable M.2 NVMe SSD slot, allowing users to expand storage easily. The AYN Odin utilizes internal UFS storage which is soldered to the board, but storage can be expanded via the integrated MicroSD card slot.

What is your return policy for open-box items?

We offer a 14-day return window for items in original condition. If the device has been opened and used, a restocking fee may apply. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping your device back.
